Advantages and Benefits of Using Cosmo Pressure Sensitive LabelStock Films

 What are Pressure Sensitive Labels?

Adhesives on pressure-sensitive labels activate when pressure is applied to the film. It is easy to apply with hands or machines because it does not require heating or the use of a solvent. Labeling containers, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other items are just a few of the applications.

Benefits

No Label Look

The clear co-extruded pressure-sensitive label facestock variation is transparent. Because of the transparency, it's easy to achieve a 'no label' look on the goods. Aside from that, it's stiff enough for conversion and dispensing.

Print Performance

These films are globally printable, which means they can be printed using UV, flexography, gravure, offset, or letterpress. They provide greater machinability and print performance, as well as superior ink adherence and retention, when printing.

Process Efficiency

Its print surface makes running on a high-speed press a snap, in addition to print performance. Even in humid conditions, the print surface's performance is promising.

Strength & Resistance

Our label films are strong, and the topcoat protects the label behind it from physical wear. Beyond that, PSL facestock films are extremely durable, ensuring that the products continue to look beautiful for a long time.

Sustainable

Taking care of the environment while progressing is becoming increasingly important for both businesses and end-users. We saw the need and made our films more environmentally friendly by making the recycling procedure easier.

Advantages

Versatility

Because these films are pressure-sensitive, you can either apply them manually or employ a machine-fed approach. Unlike others, the label can be repositioned with little effort once it has been set.

Cost-efficient

The pressure-activated adhesive, which removes the need for additional equipment, is a key advantage PSL stock films have over them. This paves the way for more efficient installations and cheaper costs. We have three types of Pressure Sensitive Label Facestock Films:

  • Transparent
  • White
  • Metalized
Each of these categories contains subcategories to help you find the best fit for your requirements. If you can't figure it out, email us and we'll put you in touch with one of our specialists who can help.
